1. I too have received a spurious emailed invoice for 351.24 for god knows what. The company isnt responding to emails asking for an explanation. 2. I bought a bag from them (not the source of the invoice), I have since seen the same bag being sold by a high street outdoor specialist for a fraction of the price, the only difference is the Touratech logo. 3. I looked at buying a plug with USB outlets for my BMW, the price was ridiculous. I sourced a far superior item from Motorworks BMW, again, for a fraction of the price. Shop around, there are better vendors out there, with better equipment and better customer service.
Be very wary of placing any orders with this company. I havnt used them for a couple of years And never held an account with them. This morning I received an e mail invoice for over 351. There is no one there answering the phone or e mail enquiries. They are not replying to email enquiries or phone messages.

Just about as bad as it gets!! Ordered a seat almost a month ago and had no contact from Touratech to explain the delay, Ive contacted Touratech today to be told they MAY receive it in a week....God only knows when Im going to receive the seat, summer will be over by the time I see the seat. The UK side of Touratech is extremely badly organised. I will never deal with them again...take my advice avoid like the plague!!!!
