Sadly I've cannot give negative stars. I sent them a tacho out of an old Lotus to repair. Many weeks later, and despite earlier reassurances, it eventually arrived.It was a completely different tacho. The bevel was the wrong shape and the dial colour too dark to match the original. (A far eastern cheapo that they could charge full price for?)Possibly ever worse, on phoning to complain, I actually heard someone in the background tell the receptionist - "tell him it was like that when we got it". I.E. Fob the customer off with any old lie. After I made my feelings known, I was eventually send a replacement bevel that I fitted myself. It is still not the original tacho. that has been lost. DIsgraceful, dishonest bunch of bodgers. Avoid.
Emailed on Sunday, phoned Monday at midday, was told that I was just opening last weeks emails, I was asked a few questions, and informed that the engineer was not in till next day, would speak to him and ring me first thing in the morning, rang next day at 11:00, was told engineer was just finishing a job would speak to him and ring me back. At 16:00 I rang someone else and ordered the cable off the shelf. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Sent my TVR Speedo in at the end of January. Took until the 10th Feb to acknowledge it was in their system and to say it would be 8 week turnaround .It's now the 4th of May..... I still haven't got it and repeated calls get the old - it'll be done the end of next week.. I was promised another 2 weeks...I wouldn't mind, but they are repairing a previous repair they did in 2015 that is out of warranty. Their cables might be good and they are very nice on the phone but this really is taking the proverbial.....
Grate service from start to finish. I changed my bike forks and needed a longer cable and could not find one. I sent the genuine on off and they made me a new one to spec. Many thanks
