Had an absolutely horrible experience with this business. They fitted the wrong carpets twice and tried to blame myself and my mother for their mistake which was unbelievable. Their customer service is terrible and the attitude of the owners is horrific. Went through nearly 2 months of hassle with Glantawe Carpets which involved trips to Citizens Advice and phone calls with Trading Standards. In the end I managed to get a full refund and the carpets pulled up. Would not recommend this business at all.
